Check-in to the rooms is guaranteed from 2pm, although should you arrive earlier than 2pm, you are welcome to drop off your luggage from 10am so that you can explore the area before your room is ready. If your room is ready prior to 2pm you are more than welcome to check in before then.

BEST RATE
The ‘BEST RATE’ booking is pre-paid and non-refundable. This rate is always the BEST RATE available, because of the Non-refundable, Pre-Payment policy. Payment will be charged upfront at the time your booking is made.
If credit card details used to reserve this room are declined for any reason, we will contact you by e-mail asking for valid Credit card details. You will have 24 hours from this time to contact us with valid Card details, otherwise your booking will be cancelled.
If you wish to cancel your booking you will not be liable to receive any refund.
28 DAY FLEXIBLE RATE
The ‘28 Day Flexible Rate’ booking allows a change or cancellation at no charge from any time up to 23:59 GMT, 29 days prior to your arrival date.
Once you are into the 28 day window (00:01 GMT, 28 days before arrival), you will be charged the full length of your stay to secure the room. If credit card details used to reserve this room are declined for any reason, we will contact you by e-mail asking for valid Credit card details. You will have 24 hours from this time to contact us with valid Card details, otherwise your booking will be cancelled.
If you book our ‘Flexible Rate’ stay within 28 days prior to your arrival you will be charged the full value of your booking upfront.
Any cancellations made within 28 days Window (00:01 GMT, 28 days before arrival) prior to your arrival date will be charged the full value of your booking.
