This hotel offers beautiful rooms in a beautiful building close to Glasgow's great pub scene. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and breakfast each morning was delicious. We can't recommend this hotel enough! - Zach C
My husband and I stayed at the Alamo for one night and I only wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel itself is in a great location in Glasgow, is beautifully decorated and is very cosy as well. Our room had everything we needed and was gorgeous too. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and we especially enjoyed the dining room area where we had coffees in the evening and breakfast the next day. The breakfast was delicious. Great, varied menu and the hotel catered for my dietary requirements. I can't recommend the hotel enough. I definitely hope to be back soon. - R
My son and I just spent a week in the UK visiting universities and were lucky to stay at the Alamo twice during that time. It is such a lovely, friendly, cozy, fabulously-located place. The beds are so comfortable, the breakfasts are delicious, and its location on Kelvingrove Park is terrific. Super close to the Uni of Glasgow and many great restaurants. We will definitely stay here again! - Emily G
